Pumping through 3” pipe then split into 2” I.D. shotcrete hoses, one mounted on the excavator spraying the top part, and the second being hand sprayed to the lower part. Continuous high volume shotcrete is in place.
The temporary mounted robot nozzle, using the PTO from carrier was remote controlled by the excavator operator.
After completion the nozzle assembly was detached, stored and the excavator used for other work.
